What's new in version 1.1?

This new GM release introduces numerous new features and enhancements, including:

a) Interaction between NetPatrol and WinGate (version 6 or above required), allowing NetPatrol to automatically blackhole IP's that are acting suspiciously.

b) NetPatrol is now able (in most cases) to detect LAN PC's that have NICs in promiscuous mode / running network sniffers.

c) It is now possible to connect to multiple NetPatrol engines from within the one Console.

d) The ability to remotely configure NetPatrol has also been added.

e) A choice of two different file formats is available to choose from, for packet captures.

f) This version also has new and updated rules to reflect the new threats that are attacking networks today.

g) There have been numerous performance improvements in both the engine and the driver.
